About This Course

This scenario-based training module was designed to simulate a real-world emergency response situation in a municipal water utility environment. The course places learners in the role of a decision-maker responding to a wastewater spill in the Pinecrest service area.

Learners must evaluate conditions, choose response actions, and observe the consequences of their decisions as the scenario unfolds. The course emphasizes decision logic, operational awareness, and the importance of following established response procedures. The module includes scenario-based interaction, feedback logic, gated progression, and LMS tracking.
